Pavement Dynamic Cone Penetrometer
The DCP is very robust instrument designed for
structural properties of existing road pavement. It can measure upto the
depth of 800mm or 1200mm with extendable rod. It consists of 8 kg weight
dropping through a height of 575mm and a 60o cone having dia of 20mm.
