- Air Entrainment Meter

Air entrainment meter machine helps to limit the air content in the concrete mixture between 3% to 6.5%. This small fraction of air improves the durability of concrete, air contents lower than 3% can cause deterioration and more than 6.5% reduces the strength of the mixture. Small amount of chemicals are added to maintain this percentage of air to get the optimum performance of the mixture.

Air Permeability test is conducted to check the quality of powdery material/cement. It is used to determine the specific surface as total surface area in cm2/g of material.

- Flow Table

Flow table is designed for measuring the workability of cement concrete. When the compaction is completed, vibration of fixed amplitude and frequncey is applied, which confirms the workability of concrete.

Hydraulic Jacks are used for applying load in field investigation, determination of load, tensioning of wire etc.
